Shipping and Delivery Policy

How and when your custom packaging reaches you anywhere in Canada, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

At a glance

  • We deliver to every province and territory.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and start after production is complete.
  • Check your delivery on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours.
  • Remote areas may take longer and cost more.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories. Deliveries to remote or northern communities, islands and some rural addresses may take longer and may carry an additional charge, which we will tell you before you order. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

2. Production time and transit time

Your order timeline has two parts: production, which starts after proof approval and payment, and transit. Estimated production times are in our Production and Turnaround Policy. Transit time depends on the carrier, service level and destination, and is shown in your quote or order confirmation.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is quoted separately unless included in your price. Costs depend on weight, carton size, quantity, destination and delivery requirements. Orders over $X may qualify for free standard shipping to major cities.

4. Carriers and freight

We ship by parcel courier or freight depending on size. Larger orders ship on pallets. Please tell us if you need a loading dock, lift-gate, inside delivery or appointment delivery, because these services carry extra fees and must be arranged before shipping.

5. Delivery estimates

Estimated dates are not guarantees. Delays may be caused by weather, carrier capacity, customs or border checks, holidays, supply shortages or other events beyond our control. We will tell you promptly if your order is likely to be delayed.

6. Address and recipient

Please give a complete, accurate delivery address and a contact who can receive the shipment. Redelivery, storage or return charges caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries are your responsibility.

7. Split and partial shipments

Large orders may ship in more than one shipment. Quantities within the production tolerance are considered complete delivery.

8. Inspecting your delivery

Check cartons for visible damage before accepting freight. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt, take photos of the cartons and contents, and keep all packaging. Report transit damage or loss to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can open a carrier claim.

9. Risk of loss

Risk passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier at our facility. We will support you in making and following up carrier claims. Where the carrier accepts a claim for goods we shipped, we will repair, replace or credit the damaged goods as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Duties and taxes

Shipments within Canada include applicable sales taxes on your invoice. If we ship from outside Canada, any import duties, brokerage fees and taxes are shown in your quote.

11. Pickup

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Contact us to schedule.
