Silicone Coating and Pan Sizing in Bulk Parchment Orders

Parchment is a base paper with a silicone treatment, and the coating weight determines how many bakes a sheet survives. Single sided coating is the cheaper route for one time use; double sided coating suits repeated pan lining. Bleached parchment is white and neutral, unbleached is brown and unaltered. Sheets should be cut to your actual pan dimensions rather than a standard.
