Booklet Runs and How Volume Changes Them

Leaf size drives everything downstream. A single wide leaf, a one and a quarter, and a king slim each need a different cutting setup and a different booklet cover die. Paper weight affects how the leaf handles, the gum strip placement has to match the leaf orientation, and interleaving decides whether a booklet dispenses one leaf at a time.
