Scaling a Made to Spec Box Order

Most box programs begin with one structure and a short print run, then grow. Digital printing suits the first few hundred because there is no plate cost and artwork can change between orders. Once artwork is locked and quantities climb, offset or flexo plates take over and the ink cost per box drops noticeably.
