Automotive packaging is custom-printed paperboard cartons for parts brands, accessory sellers, and aftermarket retailers who need branded boxes for small components and kits. Each carton is folded from sturdy paperboard and printed in full color to carry your part numbers and brand cleanly.
A straight-tuck or auto-bottom carton gives a clean retail face for shelf and e-commerce sales, while inside-print lets you add fitment notes or install steps where the customer sees them on opening. For accessory lines and replacement parts, a printed carton makes a loose component look like a finished retail product and cuts the cost of separate inserts and labels.

Parts Packaging Specification by Program Size
Automotive parts packaging is a weight and abrasion problem. Metal components chafe against plain board, so a liner, a bag or a die cut fitment is usually needed. Part weight sets the board grade and the closure, and anything shipped through a distribution network needs a stack rating rather than just a size. Barcode placement should be agreed with your receiving system early.

Set expectations at about 7 business days for in-house eligible carton work and around about 12 weeks for specialty imported builds. Supplier onboarding usually consumes the difference. Free dieline design covers fitment geometry drawn from your part drawings.
